Wilton Level 1, class 4

This is the third cake we made. I made a chocolate cake with a buttercream icing and raspberry jam middle. I finished the cake at home while talking on the phone and ended up making far too many roses!

Wilton Level 1, class 3

This is the second cake we made. I made a rainbow chip cake with a buttercream icing middle. I call this one the creepy clown cake! This one went to work with me! I work with children with special needs and one of the children put a fist right in it trying to get a clown!

Wilton Level 1, class 2

This is the first cake we made. We had to bring a torted and iced cake to class. I made a cherry chip cake with a pudding middle. We then learned how to make transfer patterns and completed the rainbow pattern.
